The Hospital for Sick Children
It was the first time I went to The hospital for sick children, which is known as the best children's hospital in the world. It really lives up to its reputation. The doctors are enthusiastic and professional, the detection methods are advanced, and the environment is comfortable and beautiful. I appreciate it! ! Always donate to it before and will donate more in the future.

Amazing team and place. Staff is courteous and incredible, doctor Emma Cox is fantastic. They saved my child’s life. We got there at 8 a.m. and all exams, diagnosis and proper treatment were done right away. Everything was quick and timely (at 11 a.m. upon assessment and starting care they had us transferred to our preferred hospital to continue care - they arranged it all). Again, amazing team and place. I always donate and will continue doing so. Places like this need to keep going for years and years to come.

I have been going here since I was born. Now at 31 years old, I take my eldest daughter for her own related disabilities.I have very few if not no negative things to say about this hospital.Wonderful place, great memories, and new memories yet to create!

Absolutely insane! Madness! They don’t have enough staff ; the current staff are also lost! No idea how to control the number of patients at all!Being here for over 7 hours with the kid who broke his wrist!Unbelievable how awful this place is! Kids and parents are so struggling in this place. It looks like a huge prison who traps everyone in one buildings without proper plan! I am in the waiting room but no idea what is going to happen next! This place is so corrupted and need proper management in every sections! So sorry for families who spends days and weeks to save their loved ones. Hope miracle happens and those families get free from these staff!

Worst hospital administration. Their doctor are super slow. I have been at sick kids a few times and regardless of whether they are very busy or not they will eat your 6 hours. Just think about the parents and their anxiety. They're just focused on implementing rules and regulations but not trying to increase the number of doctors which then eventually help everyone. More than half of the parents bring their kids because they got worried about small things like non-stop fever or continuous coughing etc. SickKids administration should bring in a few fellows or residents into the emergency department so they can quickly see these kinds of patients and discharge them with some peace of mind or a way forward with some medication. This will also make a doctor's process spread up with the remaining patients.

We were brought to sick kids as a transfer from our local community hospital in newmarket. Reading some of these comments are really upsetting. Most if the negative comments are from parents having to wait for long periods of time in emergency. You guys are all aware there are multitudes of other hospitals right? Sick kids should really be reserved for kids in unique crisis...

The ER wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Took us 6hrs before we saw an ER doctor for our infant....then had to wait another 11 hours in ER triage room after being admitted and getting a room assigned. Our health care system needs better support starting at the government level. The hospital staff, doctors and nurses though are wonderful and make Sick Kids renowned for being a world class hospital. They treated and looked after our son with the utmost care and respect. This rating would have been 5star if it wasn't for the ER experience.
