The staff only" tables are a barrier to parents who have to continue working while getting services for their children. Especially seeing how they're empty 90% of the time. You employ some clever people

Wait times for a dr is insane!! My children are struggling. When you call to see how much longer or even to book and appointment they never call you back. Your better off going to the ER to get help started.

Great care and services for children with disabilities. The staff are amazing here!The building is very modern, spacious, and has a lot of natural lighting. Very comfortable for the kids. Plenty of seating for waiting parents.There is a cafe onsite. Serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches. Not bad pricing for being inside a facility.

Awesome facitily. Lots of easy parking. Inside is open, bright and very child friendly. The fully accessable park is great for kids before or after an appointment.

Went for a hearing test they sucked very rude to me over an inconsistent result I said I would leave a review and they said you think anyone's gonna believe you" absolutely unacceptable of them you should be disgusted the doctor refused to give me a name to report on here so I can't even specify that"

The receptionists and doctors are clean and organized. Love how professional and kind they are. Although the Cafe is closed now, there are plenty of other options close by for example Tim Hortons and A & W.
