I only have good things to say about this place. Two of my children have scoliosis. Measurements for brace can be taken on place. We were given initial consultation appointments about two months after faxing the paper from the family doctor. They have top of the notch scan! Staff is very welcoming. The underground parking is free - keep your ticket and give at front desk. Thank you Shriners!

From the welcome desk to the medical staff, everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and even the decor is thoughtful. Lovely experience here

Very polite staff, but the waiting in the urgency room is too long. I do not understand how we do not improve the waiting time by screening, the worst experience ever.

The best hospital I have ever visited in my life! From the reception to the nurses and doctors, every single person was so nice! Too good to believe that in Quebec we have a hospital like this!

I have dealt with the Shriners for many years because of our daughter and her severe infantile scoliosis. They are very caring, our surgeon was very thorough and patient, they covered all the Hotel and Travel costs associated with all visitation.. they covered everything including our daughters Braces ect.. they are easy to find.. easy to talk to.. a wonderful Hospital operated by a wonderful charitable organization. There should be more places that offer the service and dedication that the Shriners offer.. during different administrations and visits to the hospital our daughter had the opportunity to meet Various Characters (spiderman, princesses ect), Hockey Players (Montreal Canadiens) and so on.. they have a great playroom/day school for the kids also with an endless supply of things for the kids to do.. and they love to see the kids have fun.. on one administration to the hospital after a casting surgery our daughter was in a wheelchair and she would ride circles in the hallways and nurses encourage this.. it helps in recovery... They are all just amazing people and staff.. very caring.

My experience as a patient there was good. From the two times I went here, the staff was always nice. About the negative reviews, the people who wrote that probably meant the old hospital, Montreal Children’s Hospital, as what others said which got demolished years ago. Personally, when I broke my arm it took 6-8 hours to finally see a doctor. Contrary to previous negative reviews, I barely waited in this hospital. When I got a testicular injury and a toe injury (I visited the hospital twice), I would typically wait around 30-45 minutes for a code green or yellow patient or whatever it is called.
